Analysis on the assembly of Paver accessories

The assembly of Paver accessories has always been the primary problem affecting paving, and the assembly speed and quality have always been a difficult problem to test the manipulator. First of all, it is necessary to select the right assembly parts and clean the connection ends. Assembly principle: from the inside to the outside, from the big to the small (that is, assemble the inner parts first, then the outer parts, first the large parts, then the small parts, symmetrically left and right). Before assembly, the left and right accessories shall be divided and placed in corresponding positions, and they shall be marked to lay a good foundation for later assembly. In this way, the assembly and debugging can be carried out quickly.
1 auger shaft
When splicing the auger shaft with auger hanger, install the corresponding auger front baffle first. After the preliminary installation of the front baffle of the auger and the vertical support bar and horizontal pull bar of the front baffle of the auger, measure the distance from both ends of the baffle of the auger to the front baffle of the rammer (the distance should be consistent) and the levelness of the front baffle of the auger (should be horizontal). If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the horizontal support bar and vertical pull bar of the front baffle of the auger until they are appropriate. Install the auger shaft, so as to ensure the proper position of the auger shaft.
2 blade
Before installing the spiral blade, the diesel engine shall be shut down, and the pedal grid shall be installed immediately after the assembly of the spiral extension meets the paving requirements.

In the factory, the spiral blade is installed to ensure the outward transportation of materials, and the transportation direction is marked by the arrow on the blade. When the spiral blade is installed correctly, the arrow on the left and right spiral blades point outward, next to the bearing seat of the distributing rod. And the claw blade on the middle right, which is assembled to ensure the inward conveying of materials. If this layout is selected, when paving a certain material, the surface structure of the area under the distribution box is significantly improved. When paving with a large working width, the extension of the distribution rod is 1.0 ~ 4.0m, which is respectively assembled on the baffle support of the outer part of the main machine.
When paving with a working width of 3m or less, the blade at the bearing end of the foundation distributor rod is usually removed and sheathed. This reduces shaft and blade wear.
