When using the loader, be sure to let the engine work for a period of time, so that the bearing can be fully lubricated before the supercharger rotor runs at high speed, so as to avoid the damage of the supercharger oil seal; After the engine of the loader runs for a long time, try not to shut down immediately. Once the engine is shut down immediately, the pressure of the oil will drop rapidly, and the turbocharger rotor will still rotate at high speed due to inertia, which will overheat the oil retained in the turbocharger, resulting in damage to the shaft and bearing, especially after suddenly stepping on the accelerator, do not shut down immediately; Since the supercharger in XCMG loader accessories needs to operate in a high temperature environment, the lubricating oil is very easy to coke, which will lead to the damage of the bearing of the supercharger. Therefore, after running for a period of time, the lubricating oil pipeline needs to be cleaned and cleaned in order to ensure smooth lubrication.
