1. Roller engine, roller hydraulic oil tank and oil pipe, these accessories are places where oil leakage may occur. We need to pay more attention to them in daily inspection to see if there is oil leakage.
2. Oil quantity of roller. The long-term operation of the roller under the condition of low oil volume will lead to the damage of the roller engine and unstable walking. Therefore, you need to check the oil quantity in the daily inspection. When the oil level is insufficient, you should supplement the hydraulic oil in time to avoid the low oil operation of the roller.
3. All nuts, bolts, screws and chains of the roller and all possible loose places shall be fastened immediately once these accessories are found to be loose.
4. Roller V-belt and chain, check whether the performance is normal.
5. Roller air filter element. When the roller air filter element is in use, the filtering effect will gradually deteriorate.
6. In addition to checking the accessories, clean the roller.
