The paver track shoe and the paver conveying bottom plate are important components in the paver conveying system. In order to ensure that our paver can transport materials efficiently and smoothly in work, the paver track shoe and the paver conveying bottom plate must operate normally. Operation and quality are the key factors to ensure normal operation, so how to select high-quality accessories is the top priority.
Track shoe
1. Size specifications and standards, whether they can fit perfectly with the machine, the steel plate, rubber plate and connection size of track shoe and the surface hardness of steel plate shall comply with relevant industry standards, and the steel plate forging shall be free of any cracks;
2. The track shoe shall be provided with chemical analysis report, the track steel plate shall be painted, and the processing of the joint surface shall be very flat
3. Design concept and raw materials: the rubber used on the rubber plate is oil-resistant, asphalt resistant, corrosion-resistant, diesel resistant and wear-resistant. Is there any crack, fracture and local falling off of the rubber plate.
Wear resistant base plate
The asphalt mixture will also cause great wear to the bottom plate of the paver. In order to withstand the asphalt mixture with high hardness and high temperature, our bottom plate of the paver should also have the same performance.
