In XCMG loader accessories, the engine is the main power source. In order to ensure its normal operation without failure, we need to pay attention to the four elements of air, fuel, water and lubricating oil in the maintenance room.
Every time, before using XCMG loader, we must carefully check whether the links of all parts are firm and reliable according to the requirements of the manual. Whether the lubricating oil of crankcase and lubricating point is sufficient, whether the tightness of triangular belt is appropriate, fill with cold water and fuel, and fill with lubricating oil.
The fuel filter, oil filter and air filter of the engine must be checked, cleaned and replaced regularly. Pay special attention to check the section from the air filter to the engine intake pipe. There must be no air leakage, otherwise unfiltered air will directly enter the air height, which will cause several wear of cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, valve and other parts.
The maintenance of fuel injection pump and injector of diesel engine is more important. In addition to ensuring that the fuel is clean, it is also necessary to regularly check the fuel supply time, fuel injection atomization degree and fuel injection pressure of the fuel injector. When replacing the plug pair occasionally, the fuel injection pump must be checked and adjusted on the test bench for rated fuel supply and uniformity, fuel supply interval uniformity, idle fuel supply, etc., which is the key work to ensure the normal operation of the diesel engine.
As an important power source in XCMG loader accessories, if it is not properly maintained, it will not only affect the service life of the engine, but also cause the damage of the loader and the personal safety of the driver and surrounding staff due to failure. Therefore, we must do a good job in the maintenance of XCMG loader engine before or after work.
