1、 Transmission maintenance

During cleaning, first, when it is hot, stop and unscrew the oil drain plug at the side of the gearbox, drain the lubricating oil in the gearbox, then screw on the oil plug, fill the kerosene in the gearbox, start the diesel engine, run the gearbox at low speed for 2-3 minutes, stop and drain the coal oil, clean the oil plug and screw it onto the gearbox. (Note: the kerosene must be cleaned to avoid the loss of lubricating effect due to the mixing of lubricating oil and residual kerosene), Then add new lubricating oil until the oil level reaches the mark line of the dipstick.

2、 Hydraulic system maintenance
Check whether the mounting bolts of filter, valve, motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, etc. are loose and whether there is oil leakage at each joint.
Observe the oil level gauge on the side of the oil tank. When there is too little hydraulic oil, add the filtered hydraulic oil of the same brand.
The hydraulic oil tank shall be cleaned once half a year and the oil shall be changed. When adding or changing oil, be sure not to mix impurities and dirt into the oil tank. The new oil added or changed must be filtered in advance.
No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used for hydraulic oil.
Clean the hydraulic oil filter or replace the filter element every 500 hours.

3、 Maintenance of vibrating wheel
Replace the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel every 1000 hours. Check whether the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel has leakage at any time; When checking the oil level, turn the oil filler directly above and open the oil drain to make the oil leak until there is no or less leakage.
Replace the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel during maintenance, and pay attention to cleaning during oil change.
The lubricating oil is CD grade 30 diesel engine oil.
For the lubrication and maintenance of traveling bearing, fill sufficient calcium matrix grease at the corresponding oil cup after the whole machine is used for an average of 20 days
4、 Main clutch maintenance
In addition to adjusting its operating mechanism at any time, the main clutch should also check and adjust that the ends of its three release rods are located in the same plane, and keep a certain clearance (0.4 ~ 0.7mm) with the release bearing.
When the main clutch is engaged and disengaged, it shall be stable and gentle without excessive force. When the clutch is engaged, the clutch pedal must be returned to the original position to fully engage the clutch. When the clutch is disengaged, the pedal must be pressed to the bottom to fully disengage the clutch. During operation, the clutch must be prevented from being in the state of half clutch and half engagement to avoid burning out the clutch.
Check the main clutch frequently to avoid oil contamination on the surface of friction plate and pressing plate.
